About the role
We’re looking for a Product Owner to drive the development of innovative mobility solutions at Otto Car. In this role, you’ll shape the future of our products by defining key features, translating strategy into action, and ensuring every decision is guided by user insights. You'll own the product roadmap, balancing stakeholder needs with business objectives, and leading an agile process that delivers real impact. As a key advocate for the product, you’ll engage with teams across the company, championing its value through demos, training, and market launches. What you’ll be doing
* Develop core positioning and messaging for the product
* Define the key features, specifications and requirements of the product based on user preferences
* Manage the agile process through incorporating feature requests, grooming and prioritising the backlog, setting sprint goals, acceptance criteria and clearly articulating user & product outcomes
* Evangelise the product internally and externally
* Create and maintain the product backlog, prioritize requests from stakeholders based on business value and strategic alignment
* Represent the voice of the users in stakeholder and management meetings
* Develop our product through insights from user and driver feedback and competitor analysis
* Perform product demos to users and develop relationships with key stakeholders
* Promote the product to internal teams through training sessions, webinars, newsletters and other mechanisms
* Collect, manage and maintain traceability of requirements from all stakeholders across product releases
* Run trials and MVPs, develop and deliver go to market launch plans
* Deliver clear and regular updates to your stakeholders
* Determine, manage and track product KPI’s and OKR’s
What we’re looking for
* Proven experience in product driving customer and business value
* Knowledge of every aspect of the product development life cycle
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Proven ability to supervise multidisciplinary and cross-functional teams
* Strong leadership and project management skills
* In-depth knowledge about the industry and product’s users
* Ability to analyse data to identify market trends and customers’ behaviour
* Familiarity with lean agile
* Hands-on experience managing all stages of the product life cycle
* Technical background with knowledge of software development, data and web technologies
* Good organisational skills
