Description
The Digital Experience Coordinator is part of the MODEI (Marketing Operations, Digital Experience and Intelligence) team.
This role involves providing administrative support for managing and developing digital experiences across our website, microsites, and internal hubs.
Main responsibilities include uploading and publishing content, images, and collateral, ensuring all content aligns with brand standards, compliance, and optimization.

Key Responsibilities
1. Provide ongoing support for digital estate management within the organization.
2. Upload and publish content, images, and assets on digital platforms such as the DACB website, microsites, and internal hubs.
3. Support firm-wide marketing and BD campaigns by optimizing and monitoring landing pages and microsites.
4. Collaborate with the design team to ensure digital platforms are brand compliant and correctly themed.
5. Assist in optimizing digital platforms to enhance user experience and create effective digital journeys.
6. Gather data for web analytics reports using tools like Hotjar and Google Analytics.
7. Contribute to implementing SEO strategies to improve search rankings and organic traffic.
8. Propose ideas for digital channel improvements and optimizations.
9. Conduct website audits and quality assessments regularly.
10. Manage Google My Business accounts.
11. Ensure all digital content complies with regulatory and policy requirements.
12. Handle confidential information following data security protocols.
Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise
1. Experience with website content management systems (CMS) for uploading content and managing digital experiences.
2. Strong organizational skills and interest in digital channels, user experience, and analytics.
3. Good interpersonal skills for engaging with colleagues across UK and international offices.
4. Basic knowledge of web analytics and SEO, with willingness to learn more advanced skills.
5. Understanding of digital accessibility standards and GDPR compliance.
6. Knowledge of web optimization, SEO, and digital touchpoints.
7. Willingness to learn and utilize technology to enhance digital visibility and engagement.
8. Ability to work professionally with external suppliers.
9. Experience with process management and risk mitigation to ensure quality and consistency.
