Our client is a much loved ecommerce business who is going through an impressive period of growth.
They are looking for a Senior CRM Manager to join the team, reporting into the Head of CRM to drive customer initiatives at a pivotal period of growth. It is essential that this hire be a hands-on technical Klaviyo expert.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering data-driven strategies to enhance customer engagement, retention, and loyalty.
They will drive customer communications across email, SMS and push.
The role:
* Ownership of the customer database – Klaviyo
* Implementing a test and learn approach to CRM to strengthen customer relationships
* Enhancing the customer journey by delivering data-led customer campaigns and optimising them throughout the customer lifecycle
* Segment customers effectively using data and insights to personalise customer communications
* Analyse CRM performance and report back the results to the Head of CRM and wider business
* Analyse customer behaviour to identify opportunities and take an always-on approach to optimisation.
* Work closely with colleagues in marketing, data and tech to build a best-in-class customer experience.
* Oversee the use of Klaviyo to deliver sophisticated marketing solutions

* Proven technical Klaviyo experience in an ecommerce environment
* Expertise in customer segmentation, loyalty and retention
* Strong analytical skills with a results-oriented mindset
