Lookers Leasing is seeking a Business Development Manager to prospect and acquire new customers within pre-agreed company guidelines.
The role involves maintaining regular contact with clients and prospects through direct visits and networking events. The manager will promote Contract Hire and related products using professional selling techniques to meet personal volume and profit targets.
Responsibilities:
1. Become fully knowledgeable about all company products, including Finance Leasing, Contract Hire, Contract Purchase, Fleet Management, Maintenance Management, and Accident Management.
2. Lead the introduction of new products and services to the market, presenting these to customers and prospects.
3. Assist the Sales Director in developing and executing a Business Development Sales & Marketing Plan.
4. Develop and implement new marketing and promotional initiatives.
5. Work independently with guidance from the Sales Director to develop and service customer relationships.
Knowledge & Experience:
Proven successful business development experience in a corporate market for at least 2 years.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a commitment to exceptional B2B customer service, and a passion for the motor trade industry. Enthusiasm, drive, and motivation are essential for success.
Previous experience in a similar role and within the motor trade is preferred but not required, as we welcome new talent.
