Duties include:
Assignment and project-based Recruitment focusing on sourcing high volume Team Members.
Arranging and conducting interviews within Care Homes.
Attending Job Fairs etc.
Posting Jobs through our ATS System.
Proactive use of all Job boards.
Using headhunting Technique’s – Actively source candidates for Team Members and Nursing roles and supporting the People Team where required.
Build relationships with local communities and/or colleges/universities as a source of Recruitment.
Keeping Job Boards, ATS and Talent pools up to date.
Proactively responding to applications from all sources.
Arranging interviews in line with the Hiring Managers availability.
To ensure all recruitment and associated documentation is legally compliant.
Report on Recruitment Data and Pipeline to the People Team.
Keeping monthly and weekly trackers updated and submitted to the People Team e.g. Recruitment Tracker.
To identify improvements in processes
Actively look for different ways to attract talent.
Using social media to promote Vacancies.
Attend regular Recruitment meetings with the People Team
To provide any other support to the People Team as required
Support the Care Home Administrator (If required) in reference checking and DBS Checks.
Keep up to date vacancy lists of the Homes in your assignments.
To ensure the HHC Recruitment function is GDPR Compliant.
Essential Skills, Qualifications and Experience:
Ideally you will at least 2 years’ experience as a Recruitment Consultant or Internal Recruiter, with a proven track record of working within a highly regulated environment such as Healthcare, Financial Services, Pharmaceuticals.
Proven track record in Account Management.
Experience in high volume recruitment as well as roles that require persistence to fill.
Experience and comprehensive legislative knowledge of recruitment practices.
Proven experience in generalist recruitment and training within an operational environment.
Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations etc.).
Ability to manage both the commercial business objectives and people agenda in order to achieve the most appropriate outcomes for the business and People team.
Proven written, verbal and presentation skills
Ability to plan and prioritise effectively utilising the full level of resource options available to achieve own and business objectives.
Well-developed analytical skills to evaluate, assess and interpret trends in order to support and develop business plans.
