Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Finance Business Partner to drive analytical and commercial excellence at Enva England. In this critical role, the successful candidate will work closely with the Group Director of FP&A, the Recycling Director, and the wider management team to provide strategic financial guidance, support key business decision-making, and improve overall financial performance.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Financial Support: Deliver detailed financial analysis and commercial guidance to senior stakeholders.
2. Management Information and Insights: Create and deliver clear and user-friendly management reports, identifying key variances, trends, and business implications to facilitate informed decision-making.
3. Budgeting and Forecasting: Lead the division's budget and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with the Group's strategic goals.
4. Financial Control and Compliance: Establish and maintain a robust financial control environment and ensure adherence to Group policies and procedures.
5. Profitability Improvement: Partner with senior management to develop pricing strategies, evaluate risks, and ensure profitability objectives are met.
6. Business Development: Support business improvement initiatives, collaborating with the management team to streamline processes and drive operational efficiency.
7. Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a key financial advisor to senior leadership, providing insightful analysis and recommendations to influence strategic decisions.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Required Qualifications and Experience
1. ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualification, with a strong financial management background in a B2B, multi-site, or manufacturing/processing environment.
2. Demonstrable experience in providing strategic financial guidance to senior management.
3. Advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

1. Commercial Awareness: Strong understanding of business drivers, with the ability to anticipate potential issues and proactively offer solutions.
2. Communication: Exceptional communication skills with experience in creating clear, actionable reports and presentations for senior management.
