We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our sales team as a Customer Service Agent. In this key role, you will be instrumental in driving the sales of our construction material products, providing exceptional support to our customers and sales managers alike.
Key Responsibilities
1. Handle inbound customer enquiries, providing professional and timely support to enhance the customer experience.
2. Assist Territory Sales Managers (TSMs) with sales administration, including pricing, order management, and follow-ups.
3. Represent the Breedon brand with professionalism, delivering excellent service to all customers.
4. Promptly answer and log all phone enquiries, ensuring accurate records are maintained.
5. Prepare quotations within agreed pricing tolerances, ensuring clear communication with the TSM responsible for the area.
6. Document all customer interactions, updating notes in our system to ensure seamless communication.
7. Process order acknowledgments and confirm them via Excalibur upon receipt of Purchase Orders (POs).
8. Manage the Cash Sales Process, accurately recording data for the Purchase Ledger Team.
9. Generate weekly reports for the Area Sales Manager, highlighting key sales data and significant customer enquiries.
10. Proactively identify opportunities for additional sales and upselling to meet customer needs.
11. Address invoice queries within 7 days, ensuring they are resolved efficiently.
12. Actively seek out new customers and opportunities, working to expand our customer base and maintain strong relationships.
13. Provide cross-departmental support as needed to ensure the smooth operation of our sales team.
