Job Title: Contract Manager - Sustainable FM Operations North - Ref: HS2
Location: Monday – Friday 08:30 – 17:00 (North Region)
Contract Length: 6 Months
Randstad Sourceright, a leading provider of RPO & MSP Recruitment Services, is currently recruiting for a Contract Manager to work for a market-leading business within the facilities management sector.
Role Purpose:
To coordinate resources and stakeholders across multiple HS2 sites, ensuring high-quality, safe, and sustainable client service delivery. Responsible for managing operational performance, ensuring compliance, fostering stakeholder relationships, and delivering financial and operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
Key accountabilities include:

Manage client services across HS2 sites, ensuring efficient collaboration and performance.
*
Build sustainable and meaningful relationships with all client stakeholders.
*
Collaborate with the Operations Director and Financial Business Partner to meet financial targets.
*
Monitor budgets and financial KPIs for the contract.
*
Ensure compliance with all contractual KPIs and relevant legislation.
*
Monitor risks and enforce Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality (SHEQ) standards.
*
Oversee Resident Engineers and Subcontractors, ensuring alignment with SLAs.
*
Manage planned and reactive works, leveraging CAFM systems like Planon Universe.
*
Conduct regular reviews, training, and briefings for direct reports.
*
Promote teamwork and foster collaboration across operational and support teams.
*
Lead contract negotiations and business improvement initiatives.
*
Implement effective procedures for service planning, organisation, and monitoring.
*
Facilitate client feedback mechanisms to enhance service delivery.
*
Conduct regular compliance audits and escalate issues to the Operations Director when necessary.
Key Skills and Competencies Required:
*
Facilities Management experience essential.
*
Strong knowledge of building services and relevant legislation.
*
Experience in using CAFM systems (e.g., Planon Universe) desirable.
*
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Outlook.
*
Ability to monitor, review, and drive operational performance effectively.
*
Team management experience with the ability to train, develop, and motivate teams.
*
Proven experience in fostering collaboration among internal and external stakeholders.
*
Ability to remain composed under pressure and think clearly in challenging situations.
*
Drive results by identifying and resolving issues efficiently.
Qualifications:
*
Professional FM or related qualifications.
*
Strong experience and knowledge of working within an FM environment.
*
Demonstrated success in managing financial performance and operational compliance.
