Residential Conveyancing Solicitor - Newcastle
Adecco are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join our client's reputable legal team. Our client is a well-established legal firm dedicated to providing exceptional service and expertise to their clients.
Responsibilities:
Managing a caseload of residential conveyancing transactions from instruction to completion
Conducting property searches and title investigations
Drafting and reviewing contracts and agreements
Liaising with clients, estate agents, and other parties involved in the conveyancing process
Advising clients on all aspects of residential property law
Providing efficient and effective legal advice and guidanceRequirements:
Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of three years PQE in residential conveyancing
Expert knowledge of property law and conveyancing procedures
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to deliver high-quality work and meet deadlines
Client-focused approach with a commitment to providing exceptional serviceOur client offers a competitive salary package, including a salary range of £40,000 to £48,000 per year, depending on experience.
