* 1 FTE - 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year - Permanent
* Salary: £38,457 to £41,211 per annum (dependent on qualifications and experience)
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Senior Executive Assistant to support senior leadership and lead a team of Executive Assistants across multiple colleges and departments. This role combines strategic support with team leadership, ensuring smooth operations and fostering cross-functional collaboration. Responsibilities include managing complex scheduling, organizing high-level meetings, handling confidential communications, supporting the training and development of Executive Assistants through the EA Academy, optimizing administrative processes, and building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
