We’re looking for a fantastic, driven, and motivated individual to become part of our internal project team to work with us and support us in the delivery of an exciting future-shaping project. We need a strong and experienced Project Support Officer with good knowledge and experience of project work, admin and client liaison to ensure we deliver on our ambitions, within budget and to the high quality that both we and our residents expect.

What you’ll be doing…
* Responsible for supporting the Project Manager in the delivery and success of a project’s expected outcomes and benefit.
* Supporting the Project Manager to deliver against requirements in respect of quality, cost, and time.
* Support the Project Manager to ensure initiated projects remain aligned or our organisational strategies, delivery plans and support us to delivery our overarching vision.
* Support the Project Manager by using appropriate project methodology and practices to ensure the effective delivery of workstreams within the project. Through day-to-day management assess, monitor, and manage, activities, dependencies, risks and issues and resources. Adjusting the project plans as needed, measuring project performance to identify areas for improvement.
* Provide administrative support, where required, to the Project Manager by outlining and collating agendas for project meetings, minute taking and recording actions assigned to the Project Team.
* Provide administrative support to the legal and conveyancing processes surrounding the project.
* Provide support to the Project Manager to deliver projects consistently, effectively, on time and within budget, in accordance with our project management framework.
* Where changes to the delivery of the project are required follow the appropriate change control procedures to ensure the change is fully impacted organisationally and an informed decision has been made.
* In line with the project management framework ensure that the documentation and processes to support the way we deliver projects are implemented properly and projects are transparent.
* Ensure effective communication plans are in place for each project and that stakeholders are kept informed throughout the project lifecycle as required. Work with comms leads to ensure these are engaging, reach the relevant audience and add value to the overall project success.
* Support the completion of the project by delivering relevant and required tasks.
You must have…
* A formal qualification or equivalent experience.
* Experience of change management with the ability to manage and influence teams and individual people to deliver large-scale change.
* Demonstrable experience of supporting a Project Manager in managing project teams in a complex environment to achieve excellent outcomes in a fast-paced delivery environment.
* Demonstrable experience and competence in financial management of projects.
* Demonstrable experience in the administrative duties with a basic understanding of legal and conveyancing processes.
* Excellent communication skills, both oral and written with the ability to advise and influence officers, stakeholders, external clients, and relationships.
* Experience across a full project lifecycle.
* Demonstrable commitment to continuous professional learning and development.
* Change Management implementation skills.
* Strategic thinker with the ability to challenge constructively.
* Ability to quickly assimilate large amounts of detailed information to make recommendations based on insight.
