Corporate Support Assistant
Grade 3, £23,114 up to £24,294 per annum pro rata (pay award pending)
22.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, flexible hours, permanent contract
We are looking for a Corporate Support Assistant to provide post, print and scanning support for all aspects of the council, contributing to the day-to-day running of the council’s support services.
The successful candidate will have good communication and customer service skills to deal with staff enquiries and supplier queries and have the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. The Corporate Support Assistant will need to be organised, able to prioritise their workload and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
The role will include:
Receipting incoming post
Franking outgoing post
Document scanning and checking
Indexing documents
Maintaining stocks of printing supplies and stationery
Dealing with internal enquiries
Liaising with suppliers
