A new concept restaurant is seeking a Sous Chef to assist in the catering provision for both a restaurant and takeaway site. The venue offers multiple cuisines of an exceptionally high standard where all dishes are freshly prepared. In this position of Sous Chef, you will mainly work over 5 days and will be responsible for supporting all aspects of kitchen management and staff training to ensure that exceptional standards are maintained.
Requirements:
A Sous Chef who has a proven track record of working in outlets where you were cooking all dishes from mainly fresh ingredients. The role needs a confident leader with excellent communication skills to liaise with the different departments and management team.
