Job Title: Social Worker – Adult’s Safeguarding
Location: Bradford
Rate: £40 per hour
An exciting job role has recently become available at Bradford. They are looking for a new member for their Adult’s Safeguarding Team.
What will your responsibilities be?
In this role, you will conduct assessments and investigations to safeguard children, often collaborating with the police. You will liaise with agencies directly involved with the child to gather relevant information about their welfare. When necessary, you will involve the police in investigations. Your role will also involve promoting the safety and wellbeing of children and young people, championing their rights and entitlements. You will maintain all necessary records and documentation in line with agreed procedures and best practice standards. Additionally, you will work collaboratively with parents, carers, and other professionals to promote a strength-based, relationship-focused approach.

Qualifications and Experiences:
To be successful in this role, you should hold a Social Work England registration and be eligible to work in the UK. You should have a full UK driving licence and possess a Social Work qualification, such as a degree or equivalent.
