Location: Thales Green Park
Rate of pay: £13.00 per hour
Working pattern: 32 hours per week, Monday - Thursday
Key Responsibilities
1. Food Service
• Ensure that client expectations of hospitality food and service are consistently delivered in line with the CH&CO brand at events.
• Conduct briefings for all staff regarding events, detailing food and service standards.
• Monitor service and food quality, providing feedback to the service team.
• Contribute to the team’s efforts to ensure professional and timely service.
2. Customer Service
• Maintain visibility and a hands-on approach throughout events.
• Act as the first point of reference for client comments and concerns.
• Actively gather customer feedback to improve event offerings.
3. Finance
• Work with the Hospitality Manager to ensure correct staffing levels for events.
4. Managing/Developing a Team
• Ensure staff adhere to health, hygiene, quality, and safety standards.
• Provide induction and on-the-job training for Hospitality staff.
• Report staff absence and provide feedback and coaching to team members.
5. Health & Safety
• Stay updated on COSHH and HACCP procedures.
• Ensure adherence to uniform standards.
• Report any equipment faults and health and safety hazards.
6. Occasional Responsibilities
• Take responsibility for personal development and seek opportunities to expand knowledge.
• Attend training courses and CH&CO meetings as necessary.
