Reed HRare currently recruiting for a HR Advisor to join my client on an ongoing temporary basis to support the HR Manager with workload.
This role is a mixture of home working and working in the office based in Haslemere, Surrey.
Role purpose:
The HR Advisor will manage the day-to-day HR operations ensuring effective implementation of HR policies and procedures. This role supports the HR Manager in executing companywideHR initiatives and serves as a key contact for employees.
Hours:35 hours a week Monday to Friday with flexi working hoursand a 3.30pm finish on a Friday if you work 1hr 30 mins extra during the week.
Reporting to:HR Manager
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Oversee and manage daily HR operations and duties
* Lead and coordinate the recruitment process
* Coordinate and facilitate employee onboarding
* Maintain employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance
* Handle employee relations issues and assist with conflict resolution
* Manage employee benefits programs and provide information to employees about their benefits
* Track employee absences and assist managers with supporting employees on leave
* Organise training sessions, track participation, and assist in developing training materials
* Assist in designing, distributing, and analysing employee surveys to gather feedback
* Support the implementation of programs designed to increase employee engagement and retention.
* Help ensure all HR policies and procedures are consistently applied and adhered to across the organisation
* Assist in coordinating performance reviews, collecting feedback, and ensuring timely completion of appraisals
* Assist in the implementation of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) programs and activities
* Help organise and manage programs that recognise and reward employee contributions
* Address employee questions and provide information on HR policies, procedures, and programs
