The Role Support print, finishing and distribution departments as required Complete ancillary tasks such as Heat bending, Dusense UV varnishing. Digital and Tradition Foiling, Binding (perfect, lay flat and case) Saddle Stitching, Guillotine, Shrink Wrapping, Lamination, Duplex Mounting, Digital and Traditional Foiling any other task as required Complete all work with minimal error to avoid re-work, spoilage or complaints Ability to complete a broad range of tasks as shown and managed Ensure all activity, task and materials are recorded accurately and complete To deliver work on time and to a high standard as agreed. To understand and adhere to the Company work processes, procedures, and policies Develop, maintain, and update and understand the branch network and suite of products and services the business provides in order to deliver the best product and service to the client. Flexible approach to work to meet deadlines Ability to work calmly and effectively when under pressure of tight deadlines Deliver ad-hoc duties as reasonably required by the manager Highlight any Health and Safety issues to the site lead and management teams as required Essential Competencies and Behaviours Effective and appropriate communication style Always demonstrate an approachable and helpful manner Diplomacy, integrity, and professionalism when dealing with the public, customers and colleagues Works well within a team Ability to multitask and plan and organise workload The confidence and ability to work on own initiative Ability to listen, understand, make suggestions, and interpret requirements of customers and colleagues What Youll Need: Knowledge in printing is essential, previous experience operating HP Indigo and/or Xerox Iridesse would be preferable.
