We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established and respected residential childcare provider with multiple homes across the region. Due to exciting business growth, they are seeking dedicated Residential Support Workers to join their caring and committed teams in Grantham and Woolsthorpe. About the Role As a Residential Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in supporting children and young people within a therapeutic, home-from-home environment. You'll help them build resilience, confidence and life skills, empowering them towards greater independence.
