Job specification: Collect quotes for parts and services according to customer specifications. Provide quotes from available stock or source materials that meet company standards. Maintain and update customer opportunities within Salesforce. Report to the Sales Director. Resolve Non-Conforming Materials discrepancies. Adhere to established parts traceability requirements. Monitor shipments from freight forwarders and suppliers to ensure timely delivery. Maintain professional communication and relationships with vendors and customers. Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements. Forecast, track, and achieve sales revenue and gross margin targets. Travel may be required as needed. Person specification: Minimum 1 year of inside sales experience. Strong communication skills and self-motivation. Experience with Quantum CRM, Salesforce, ILS and Aeroxchange is preferred. Ability to maintain professional relationships with vendors and customers. Effective negotiation abilities. Proficient in Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and other related software.
