Our client is a component supplier to the energy transition market and is aiding the evolution of key clients into the renewables space. The organisation has a long-standing history in the region with low attrition rates, and the majority of employees have long service awards. This is a high-tech facility employing around 200 staff.

Westray Recruitment Group is seeking to recruit an Electrical Team Member to work a 2-shift pattern on a permanent contract based in the Teesside area.
The successful applicant will join a company with world-class manufacturing capability and a skilled workforce with a long history and global recognition.
THE ROLE
1. Working effectively within a team.
2. Industrial/domestic wiring.
3. Hydraulic and Pneumatic Control Systems.
4. Overhead Cranes & associated safety systems.
5. PLC's primarily Allen Bradley and Siemens.
6. Expertise with AC and DC motor/gearbox drive systems of various configurations.
7. Variable speed motor control with inverters and converters, including speed feedback devices.
THE PERSON
1. Completed an electrical apprenticeship.
2. Worked in a multi-skilled environment within a heavy engineering manufacturing environment.
3. A systematic approach to problem solving.
4. Good interpersonal skills.
5. Knowledge and use of computer-based maintenance software.
