HR Manager £50-55,000 per annum
Whitmore Vale Housing Association is registered to provide care, support, and housing to individuals with Learning Disabilities and or Autism across Surrey. We specialise in services for People with Learning Disabilities and or Autism including:
1. Dementia
2. Lifelong Care
3. Enablement

The HR Manager will sit on the Senior Leadership Team and will be required to work at a strategic level and in line with company values and behaviours.
Key areas of responsibilities:
1. Lead on all HR departmental objectives.
2. Ensure recruitment and retention processes are robust, compliant, and effective.
3. Ensure organisational policy & procedure are robust and that legal obligations are met.
4. Registered UK VIP Person.
5. Workforce development.
6. Workplace Health, Safety & Well-being.
7. GDPR Data Controller.
