This means that you can build a long and successful career here whilst playing a meaningful role in delivering cleaner energy, reducing waste and keeping colleagues and the public out of harm's way. 12 Week planner is accountable for development of work delivery plan for the facility at strategic, tactical and operational levels, ensuring all work across a facility is delivered to time and quality standards. The role requires a confident person with experience of delivering work across complex capabilities as they will be responsible for dealing with multiple stakeholders at all levels to resolve scheduling conflicts. Main Responsibilities for Planner: Responsible to the Ops Manager for providing schedule performance information and supporting the Facility work integration managers in developing schedules for the facility. Engaging with internal stakeholders to ensure understanding of programme requirements and dependencies. Responsible for engaging with plant operations and maintenance teams to support and direct the implementation of the work schedule. Responsible for engaging with Project Management community to ensure and advise on inclusion of project planned activities in the integrated planning process. Responsible for identify schedule conflicts, movement in schedule and escalation to the Facility Work Integration Managers. Support the Integration Lead on driving improvements across the business relating to Integrated Planning and Outage Management. Responsible for providing scheduling analysis to the Integration Lead, Plant Manager, Maintenance Manager, Operations Manager, Capability leads, to enable reporting on performance. Preparation of reporting for KPI's. Essential Criteria for Planner: Experience and understanding of Planning and Outage Management. Experience of working with Planning Software (Primavera P6 / MSP). Experience of dealing with stakeholders at all levels to resolve conflict. Experience of identification of risks. Evidence of problem-solving skills at an operational level. Ability to understand business needs and their influence on programme delivery. Competent in Microsoft Office Packages (Word / Excel / PowerPoint). Good verbal and written communication. Capable of working without supervision to ensure correct decision making. Drive, determination, confidence, enthusiasm and a willingness to propose alternatives to established approaches. Ability to take on responsibility and use initiative to prioritize and work effectively under pressure. Customer centricity - strong customer focus both internal and external. Strong team working, able to work with various internal teams to achieve objectives. Commitment to continuous improvement, willing to proactively make suggestions on potential developments. Ability to obtain DV level security clearance (this includes but is not limited to identity, employment, financial, criminal record checks, interview plus 10 years of UK residency). Why join us?
