My client, a leading financial services organisation, are looking for a Customer Service Team Leader to join them on a full-time permanent basis. As a Customer Service Team Leader in this role you will be responsible for supporting and developing a small team who provide administration support for customers. You should be confident in communicating and have previous experience in a similar role.
Role and Responsibilities:
Ensure agreed service levels are met
Make sure teams are maintaining quality in their work and provide feedback
Maintain team training and ensure this is updated regularly
Create training development plans
Respond and action customer complaints
Ensure procedures are followed and remain compliant
Complete all required administrative tasksEssential Skills:
A minimum of two years’ experience as a team leader ideally within financial services
Previous experience in planning and monitoring team performance
Be motivated and driven with the ability to coach a team
Strong communicator with great interpersonal skills
Very organised and able to work to deadlinesPackage:
