About The Role
At EKFB, we’re shaping Infrastructure for a better tomorrow. All four of our partners (Eiffage, Kier, Ferrovial, and BAM) bring specialist expertise in the design, construction, operation, financing, and maintenance of railway networks, including the construction of one of Europe’s latest high-speed rail projects.
We're currently looking for a Change Manager to join our Commercial team on the Twyford to Greatworth (T2G) section based in Brackley.
In this role, you will need to carry out tasks independently, at times leading a small group of commercial staff and carrying out both periodical duties and one-off tasks in accordance with deadlines as directed by the senior Commercial team. You will maintain registers to aid the commercial management of change and chair meetings where applicable.
You will liaise and negotiate with key stakeholders, establishing productive and collaborative relationships with relevant internal and external stakeholders. You will also ensure appropriate commercial records are maintained in line with the contract requirements and oversee any contractual issues.
Another key part of this role is to provide input into change control procedures for EOT, delays, and performance adjustment and prepare and agree on compensation events and quotations. In addition, you will negotiate and progress the resolution of any disputes and identify potential commercial risks and evaluate options for their control and management.
