My client, a Managed Services business, based in Manchester are looking for a Change Delivery Manager, who will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of Business Change and IT initiatives, ensuring that projects are executed to meet time, cost, and quality standards. The role offers the opportunity to lead and influence key projects within the business.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Delivery Management: Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality, while ensuring changes are fully integrated and agreed benefits are realized.
2. Stakeholder Management: Lead projects through the entire lifecycle, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, including third-party partners, Product Managers, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), Operations, Legal/Compliance teams, and Technology teams.
3. Planning & Prioritization: Oversee the dynamic and collaborative planning process, balancing the team’s capacity and priorities to ensure the right resources are in place to meet sprint or milestone targets.
