Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Fire Risk Remediation Project Lead to oversee contractors carrying out FRA repairs actions.
This interim role offers a competitive daily rate of £300-£325 and the opportunity to work on a project with a duration of 3-6 months +, based in London.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring consequential works from fire risk assessments are delivered to a high quality standard, managing time and cost effectively while maintaining compliance. Key responsibilities include:
* Managing a team of trade staff delivering high volume FRA consequential works from inception to completion, encompassing fire door installations, compartmentation, and remedial works.
* Carrying out quality assurance checks and inspections to guarantee exceptional outcomes.
To succeed in this position, you will have proven experience in a similar role, preferably within social housing, and excellent leadership skills to guide your team towards achieving outstanding results.
