We’re looking for a LMS System Admin & Data Analyst to join our Learning Academy based in London. Our learning Academy support our clinical and nonclinical colleagues with their professional development, induction, and legislative training, contributing to the world calls exceptional patient journey that we are renowned for, here at HCA.
As a LMS System Admin & Data Analyst you’ll be working closely with the Head of Education & Clinical Training the Learning Management System (LMS). You will be responsible for the support, design, development, implementation, delivery, and maintenance of resources used for instructional functions.
The Learning Management System Specialist & Data Analyst is the primary system administrator for HCA Healthcare UKs Learning Management System (LMS), Instilled LXP platform & data analytical integrated tools and oversees the installation of all system updates, upgrades, integrated tools, and other software integrated with the LMS.
This role provides learning management system (LMS) administration and support, intranet web administration and support, and technical set up of system functionality. You will be the key lead of the SaaS Learning Management System; you will be expected to work closely with IT&G HRIS Systems and manage the other LMS for the consultant body.
Please note that this role will be 10 percentage data analysis and the LMS System Admin is a larger part of this role.

What you’ll bring:
1. Basic knowledge of tools such as HTML, Macromedia Flash, streaming audio, video, compression methods, file types and formats
2. Must be enterprising, diplomatic, and proactive at solving problems.

12. Extensive knowledge of information architecture principles and methods
13. Familiarity with graphical design elements appropriate for online instruction
14. Knowledge of Learning Management System administration
15. Strong attention to detail
16. Working in a team as well as individually – self starter
17. Strong It Skills – Must be efficient in using Excel to create reports when required and to analyse data.
