To join their vibrant team, we are looking for a seasoned Corporate Account Manager with a focus on destination services. In order to provide outstanding service to our corporate clients during their relocation process, the ideal candidate will be in charge of managing and growing these connections. Responsibilities of the role include: Build and preserve trusting connections with corporate clients by getting to know their needs and obstacles when they relocate. Oversee and manage the entire relocation process, which includes housing, education, settling-in services, and pre-departure orientation. To guarantee that services are provided effectively and seamlessly, collaborate closely with the destination service providers. Keep an eye on customer happiness and service delivery, and make adjustments as necessary. During routine client meetings, prepare and deliver reports on the status of the account, including issues and action plans. Manage and negotiate contracts with customers and service providers. Keep up to date with market developments and legislative changes that may have an effect on your clients. Engage in business development endeavours by pinpointing prospective customers and avenues for service expansion. Requirements for the position include: Solid background in account management with a concentration on destination services. Outstanding knowledge of the requirements and difficulties facing the relocation and mobility industries. Proven ability to manage and expand customer relationships along with strong negotiating skills. Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities to engage with a variety of stakeholders. The capacity to manage several projects at once under pressure to meet deadlines. A bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a similar discipline.
