Job Title: Chef de Partie
Job Type: Full-Time (Monday to Friday)
Location: Central London
Salary: Up to £36,000 (Salary Package: Basic + Tronc + Christmas Bonus)

Our private members club located in the heart of London is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join our team. A Club which has on trend & high class dishes without the unsociable hours for chefs. As a Chef de Partie, you will be expected & responsible for running a section, preparing and cooking high-quality food for our members and their guests.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Managing the day-to-day operations of your section & overall kitchen.
2. Preparing and cooking a range of dishes to a high standard.
3. Assisting with the development of new menus and dishes.
4. Maintaining high levels of hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen.
5. Ensuring that all food is cooked and presented to the required standards.
6. Ensuring that all food preparation and cooking is carried out in accordance with health and safety regulations.
7. Maintaining a clean and safe working environment at all times.
Requirements:
1. Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role.
2. A passion for cooking and a desire to develop new skills and techniques.
3. The ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. A positive and proactive attitude.
6. The ability to work well as part of a team.
7. A strong understanding of food hygiene practices/health and safety regulations.
8. Flexibility to work weekends and evenings when required.
9. Eligibility to work in the UK.
