Providing expert advice and coaching to line managers on HR policies and best practices. Ensuring adherence to employment law and internal policies, keeping up to date with legislation changes. Identifying opportunities to enhance HR processes for efficiency and effectiveness. Supporting the development and rollout of HR initiatives and policies across the business. Supporting the wider HR team on any projects or needs of the business. Requirements Key Skills & Experience: Proven experience in handling ER cases, disciplinaries, and grievances confidently. Ability to advise, influence, and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels. A proactive mindset with the ability to resolve HR issues effectively. Comfortable managing multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced setting. Strong understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices.
