The RoleWe are supporting a brilliant senior leader who is building an Investor Relations function within a high-performing and dynamic private equity firm. This is a unique opportunity to become a true right-hand partner to someone highly respected and inspiring.You will have exposure to senior stakeholders and LPs, be involved in coordinating roadshows, shaping new processes, and playing a key part in building the IR team infrastructure. Responsibilities: Complex diary and meeting management for the Head of IR Coordinating investor roadshows and meetings with LPs Managing correspondence and acting as a key point of contact Supporting the buildout of the IR function – processes, structure, systems Handling confidential documents and presentations with discretion Offering strategic support and being one step ahead at all times ? About You: Previous experience in a fast-paced, high-performance environment – finance, PE, VC, or similar Comfortable liaising with senior stakeholders and managing multiple priorities Confident, adaptable, and driven – you thrive in fast-moving and evolving settings Friendly, collaborative, and resilient with a can-do attitude Strong organisational and communication skills Interested in investments, private equity, or venture capital ??
