Reed Construction are delighted to be working with a regional developer seeking a new Site Manager. The client is a regional developer, well established and with an excellent reputation. They build a mix of bespoke homes and large urban developments, focusing on quality over volume and operating only in the Wiltshire area.
Your key responsibilities as our Site Manager will include:
1. Ensuring that all employees and sub-contractors comply with the site rules and procedures to ensure Health & Safety for all.
2. Assisting the Divisional Director in the development of the site programme to achieve the desired targets.
3. Ensuring a high standard of conduct and workmanship, including site presentation and housekeeping.
4. Liaising with the buyer regarding main/bulk materials orders.
5. Building and maintaining strong working relationships with customers, suppliers, employees, and sub-contractors.
6. Remaining current with legislative requirements and consulting with professional advisors.
7. Operating as the company’s site representative and assisting all visitors.
Minimum Requirements:
For this role, we are looking for Site Managers from a developer background with a good track record in new build housing. You will have a Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS) certification; training in first aid and temporary works is desirable. A full driving licence and car are essential.
In return, you will receive a competitive salary and a car allowance of £12,527.00 per annum, alongside a great range of benefits.
