The Floor Management Team ensures smooth day-to-day running of our shops in Tate Modern and Tate Britain. As a Floor Manager, you will lead a team of Retail Assistants and Supervisors, motivating and empowering them to deliver exceptional customer experience. You will lead by example, embodying Tate’s values and advocating for equality, inclusivity, and diversity.
You will work as part of a team to deliver our departmental goals through three key channels – people, customer, profit. You will proactively coach and develop your team, empowering them to deliver exceptional customer experiences in our shops. You will be customer-focused, understanding who our customers are and what motivates them to shop with us. You will maximize commercial opportunities, working with your team and stakeholders to drive revenue generation.

About the Role:
1. This is a full-time, fixed-term role till November 2025, reporting to the Trading Support Manager, London.
2. You will work across Tate Britain and Tate Modern.
3. You will work on a rota pattern with flexibility, working weekends, early morning shifts, and occasional evening events.
