Planning Analyst - 12-month fixed term contract Salary: National - circa £33,000, London - circa £35,000 Would you love a job where you can directly influence the ability of Operational teams to achieve service goals by transforming the way we use our data to enhance our critical resource related decision making? You will have the opportunity to work alongside multiple support teams to continuously improve reporting capability - contributing to the overall performance of the business for our customers. Aviva uses "smart-working," and the person in this role will be based in England commutable to an Aviva office. A bit about the job: You will help to improve and enhance working practices across the Planning and Service Management function, examining data sources, removing blockages, and facilitating improvements to the management information used to run the business. You will collaborate with business leads and Capacity Planners, Aviva Business Intelligence teams, and Expense Managers to improve the way actionable insight is used. You will work with colleagues to develop data management processes and support budget planning for the UK Life Business. You will also be involved in supporting key operational Programmes working with senior leaders to influence change and help safeguard the business.
