We are seeking a highly organised and experienced Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our client in Edinburgh. This is an ongoing temporary role requiring a dedicated professional who can work full-time in their office. You will be responsible for a wide range of administrative and executive support tasks, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the executive's day-to-day activities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Diary Management: Proactively manage and coordinate complex diaries, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
* Email Management: Efficiently manage and prioritise incoming emails, responding on behalf of the executive as required.
* Meeting Coordination: Organise and coordinate meetings, including booking venues, preparing agendas, and distributing meeting materials.
* Minute Taking: Accurately record and transcribe meeting minutes.
* Travel Arrangements: Arrange and coordinate travel itineraries, including flights, accommodation, and transportation.
