Business Management teams are at the very heart of enabling the organisation to run effectively and deliver successfully. They are fundamental in planning Digital Group’s business objectives, establishing clear connections between planned activity, the resource it uses and the funding it consumes – driving strategy and more effective decision making.
As a Digital Performance & Planning Manager you will be part of leading a team providing essential business management services to help measure and drive better performance. This includes the effective management and reporting of workforce planning, demand and recruitment governance, financial assurance and compliance.
As a Digital Business Performance & Planning Manager you will:
* Lead your team to achieve deliverables ensuring compliance with relevant standards, governance and policies
* Analyse and understand large amounts of information, summarising into key points to share with a range of audiences
* Deliver regular, detailed reports that provide valuable insights to support senior-level decision-making
* Control the design & implementation of a Workforce plan, identifying demand and monitoring recruitment against the demand and budget
* Report on Service performance to the Senior Digital Business Performance & Planning Manager and senior stakeholders, against agreed KPIs using relevant channels
* Contribute to the development of the broader capability of the Business Management team
