What youll do You will be assigned a portfolio of services to work closely with, but you will also be part of an MDT team overseeing the whole of the CVT Care Group. You will work with a wide group of internal and external stakeholders including specialty lead clinicians, matrons, operational managers within the care group - and across the Trust. You will demonstrate your ability to manage a range of challenges from project delivery to policy and finance ,to working across a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, keeping the patient at the heart of all that we do. You will work with the CGM and the rest of the management team to support each other, share ideas, deliver projects and work together to meet shared deadlines e.g. strategic plans, reporting, transformation objectives. What were looking for Compassionate leaders who can bring a track record of success in a complex, multi-site, patient-facing operational delivery and management position, with an ability to maximise the opportunities available within a rapidly changing healthcare community. Proven experience in delivering operational excellence in a hospital setting; you will also be a supportive manager who can engage, empower and support career growth in your colleagues. You need to be curious and able to turn an idea into something tangible and have the tenacity to drive forward work on behalf of our patients and teams.
