Customer Service Advisor - Must be able to start on 11th April.
Our client is looking for a Customer Service Advisor located in Watford to join a busy department with great incentives and a fun place to work.
Your duties include dealing with customer enquiries, leaving notes on customer files, data entry, liaising with the internal team, and offering outstanding service.
You must have strong communication and people skills, be able to multitask, and have IT skills.
This is a temp role starting on the 11th April, paying £12.31 per hour. Please note that no holidays can be taken in the first 6 weeks. You will be office-based, and we will carry out a DBS check and credit check. You will need to provide 3 years of reference details (work, education, or personal).
