We currently have two homes, but we are looking to expand. As a Registered Manager for Children's Supported Living, you will: Oversee homes for 16 year-olds in supported living.Match children and manage referrals effectively.Handle paperwork and staff development.Conduct thorough risk assessments.Ensure compliance with Ofsted requirements, aiming for good or outstanding ratings.As the Ofsted Registered Manager, your primary responsibility will be to ensure our Group Living services meet Ofsted regulations while providing exceptional support to young people. You will manage a team of dedicated project managers and staff, driving outstanding service delivery that aligns with Ofsted standards and Jireh Care and Support's values.Your role will entail overseeing compliance and safeguarding practices while providing high-quality accommodation and support for young people aged 16 and above.
