We wish to recruit a high skilled and motivated Head of R&B Lead (London) to join the team. Reporting to the R&B Tower Director the role will be responsible for managing our London contracts. There will be a requirement to regularly attend our London offices, and the remainder of the post holder’s time could be spent working remotely. The remit of the role includes operational management of the London Revenue and Benefits Team, the management of stakeholder relationships and the use of transformational change to drive continuous improvement in service performance. This role requires an individual with a proven track record of successfully managing a Revenues and Benefits service who demonstrates the ability to deliver high standards of service delivery while balancing Liberata’s commercial interests. The individual must have excellent communication and management skills to build effective relationships both internally within Liberata and externally within client and business partner organisations. Key tasks and responsibilities: Identification of key activities and priorities across Revenues and Benefits services. To monitor and review service levels, financial performance, and Key Performance Indicators to ensure operational effectiveness and assist Liberata in developing a leading position in the market. Implement and communicate operational strategies and solutions in line with the business plan. To meet/exceed profitability, revenue & cash-flow targets. To develop an effective relationship with key internal and external stakeholders. To meet agreed targets for delivering organic growth from existing client base. To represent Liberata externally to clients, prospects, industry bodies and other third parties. Essential Qualifications and Experience: A degree-level education or an equivalent level of experience. A relevant professional qualification is desirable. A proven track record of successfully managing a Revenues and Benefits service. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage and influence a wide range of stakeholders. Experience of improving performance in a service environment. Sound problem solving and decision-making skills. The ability to proactively identify and anticipate customer needs/expectations and build proposed solutions.
