Job Title: Administrative Support Coordinator
Location: Shildon
Salary: £28,275 (£14.50 per hour)
Contract Type: Temporary (with potential for permanent role for the right candidate)
Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week, typically 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM (could be 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM), with a half-hour unpaid meal break.
Manpower is recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-established company in Shildon. We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our client's team as an Administrative Support Coordinator. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with strong administrative experience and a background in customer service.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide quotations and check product availability for customer orders.
* Input customer orders into the ERP system, ensuring adherence to internal processes and policies, and track progress through to successful delivery.
* Replenish inventory at the EMEA site to maintain stock levels.
* Provide timely updates on the status of orders to customers and internal teams.
* Manage and prioritise orders efficiently.
* Work closely with the Supply Chain and Logistics departments to ensure smooth order processing.
Profile & Skills Required
* Strong Excel skills with a good understanding of data management and reporting.
* Previous administrative experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent multitasking abilities with the capacity to manage multiple tasks at once.
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with customers and colleagues.
* A positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to take on new challenges.
* The ability to remain calm under pressure and problem-solve effectively when issues arise.
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
* Strong numeracy and literacy skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team as needed.
