Job Duties:
1. Deliver engaging and effective teaching sessions in line with the National Curriculum for Key Stages 1 and 2.
2. Cover PPA time for class teachers, ensuring continuity in learning and maintaining a positive classroom environment.
3. Adapt teaching methods and resources to meet the diverse needs of students.
4. Manage classroom behaviour and create a safe and inclusive learning environment.
Required Qualifications:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field
Experience:
Prior experience working as a Primary School Teacher
Knowledge and Skills:
Strong understanding of the National Curriculum for Key Stages 1 and 2
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to effectively plan and deliver lessons
Good classroom management abilities
Preferred Qualifications:
Additional training in Special Educational Needs (SEN) would be advantageous
Working Conditions:
This role involves working full-time hours on a temporary basis, covering PPA and daily supply needs in primary schools in Teddington and surrounding areas. The successful candidate must be flexible, adaptable, and dedicated to providing high-quality education to students.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
