Our Client go from selling electric vehicles in ever greater numbers, to providing more mobile servicing and growing their commercial and fleet vehicles, they are offering and delivering more choice to our customers every day.
They have a Sales Support Role and are looking for someone to join them at their Edgware dealership.
Role Responsibilities:
* Processing customer files and purchase ledger invoices ensuring that the stock information is up to date, as well as maintain records and an accurate filing system.
* Daily Banking checks.
* Arranging logistics for collection and delivery of vehicles to and from other sites and assisting with Trade collections and collating relevant paperwork.
* Assisting Sales Controller with looking through current prospects and ongoing potential sales.
* You will have a keen eye for detail to ensure our documents meet our compliance standards.
* Assisting with administrative duties throughout the Sales Department.
* Assisting Visual Merchandiser with dressing and organising sales pitch.
