Role:
As an Electronic Field Monitoring Officer, you'll play a key part in:
1. Installing and decommissioning electronic monitoring equipment in the homes of those subject to electronic monitoring.
2. Visiting the homes of those on curfew, with the purpose of installing and calibrating monitoring equipment, so that the person on curfew can be detected within the boundaries of their property.
3. Installation and upkeep of electronic monitoring devices.
4. Collaborating with team members to ensure seamless operations and clear communication.
5. Delivering top-notch customer service to individuals under electronic monitoring.
What You Will Need:
1. Full UK Driving Licence - Manual (not automatic) - No more than 9 points.
2. Ability to travel within the UK - Car & fuel car provided for work purposes.
3. No prior experience needed - we'll provide all the training you need!
4. BPSS clearance - Full 3-year work history with gaps over 28 days covered.
5. DBS clearance (or a willingness to obtain one).
6. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with an excellent standard of verbal English.
7. Ability to work flexibly, both independently and as part of a dynamic team.
8. Keen attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
Assignment Details:
- Working Pattern: Full Time 37.5 hours per week
- Working Hours: Evenings - 4pm- 1am. Shifts will vary.
- Training: 8 days training provided at an allocated venue Hotel.
- Training Venues: Gatwick OR Birmingham OR Stockport.
