SEN Teaching Assistant – The Role:
1. Support students with an ASC / autism diagnosis
2. Carry out 1:1 and group intervention sessions
3. Collaborate with experienced teachers and support staff
4. Complete induction training
SEN Teaching Assistant – Qualifications required:
1. Level 3 TA or degree level of education
2. Education / childcare experience is required
3. Previous SEN / ASC experience is desirable
4. Calm, compassionate, and proactive manner
5. Excellent communication skills
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
