You'll bring an independent perspective, challenge assumptions, and offer strategic guidance on major decisions that impact both our patients and workforce. We recognise that a number of our systems and processes need to change, so that they are fit for purpose in a larger organisation. You can play a central role in setting the agenda for this change and evaluating progress against this.We believe that the ideal candidate will have operated at a Senior Partner level developing the scale of operations/innovative products and services ideally gained in urgent care environment. You will therefore have a background in, or experience of:- working at, or close to, Board level- healthcare leadership in NHS, private healthcare ideally with expertise in urgent care- partnership building and social entrepreneurship balancing gig-picture thinking with practical decision making.
