To fuel this momentum, our Account Management team is on the hunt for a Senior Account Manager with a solid payments background who can help us achieve new heights.
We're looking for a driven professional who thrives on growing portfolios and is passionate about delivering results. You'll take charge of our global merchants' portfolios, focusing on driving revenue and delivering outstanding service across the board.
In this role, you'll work together with Sales, Operations, Marketing, Product, and Data teams, collaborating to elevate our product portfolio and redefine our value proposition.
What You'll Do:
* Build strong, long-lasting client relationships and be their go-to expert.
* Own the client's experiences needs, address pain points, and ensure satisfaction at every turn.
* Conduct business reviews to measure client success and optimize outcomes.
* Spot opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, driving additional revenue with existing clients.
* Team up with Sales to craft and execute strategic plans that crush revenue targets.
* Keep your finger on the pulse of account performance—analyze data, share insights, and push for growth.
* Develop and implement strategies that maximize client engagement and boost retention.
* Be an industry expert - understand client goals and tailor innovative solutions.
* Report on health and performance, making sure we're always on track.
* Stay ahead of the game - anticipate market changes and adjust strategies to keep clients ahead of the curve.
What We're Looking For:
* 5-7 years of experience managing global accounts in fast-paced B2B Payments or Fintech environments.
* A proven track record of growing client portfolios and delivering measurable results.
* Data-driven mindset—you make decisions based on insights.
* Strong forecasting skills—you know how to predict and drive account growth.
* Business savvy with an analytical mindset and a problem-solving attitude.
* A self-starter who loves taking the initiative.
* A customer-centric attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
* Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Bonus Points If You Have:
* 3+ years of experience in the Gambling or Forex industries.
* A network of global clients and solid product knowledge in Forex, Gaming, or Ecommerce.
* Proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese.
