Role and Responsibilities:
Manage existing customer accounts, progressing orders and promoting upsell opportunities.
Maintain high service levels with all clients.
Handle sales administration for key accounts, ensuring full coordination of the sales order process.
Respond to incoming calls and route them appropriately.
Address sales enquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner.
Liaise with relevant departments to progress orders and communicate updates to customers.
Provide accurate responses to product-related enquiries.
Provide relief support to the Customer Service Team when required.
Processing daily orders on the MieTrak ERP system
Communicating with customers about delivery changes or delays
Recording updates, managing RMAs and PODs
Maintain detailed and up-to-date customer records.
Support Customer Service during sickness or absences.
Required Skills & Experience:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Good time management and organisational abilities
Commercial awareness with the ability to identify new business opportunities
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
Strong team player with the ability to work independently
Capable of managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines
Willingness to develop strong product knowledge
