We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Business Partner to join a leading professional services firm based in Leeds. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a collaborative and high-performing environment, supporting senior leaders and driving HR initiatives that align with the business strategy. The role offers flexibility with a hybrid working model, allowing a blend of office and home working.
Key Responsibilities:
* Partner with senior leadership to drive HR strategy and initiatives that support business growth and operational efficiency.
* Provide guidance and support on employee relations, performance management, organisational design, and talent management.
* Deliver HR solutions that enhance employee engagement, productivity, and retention.
* Foster a culture of inclusion, diversity, and employee well-being.
* Analyse and interpret HR data to make informed decisions and improve HR processes.
* Champion HR best practices and compliance within the business.
Key Requirements:
* Proven experience as an HR Business Partner, ideally within a professional services environment.
* Strong knowledge of UK employment law and best practices.
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively with leadership and other departments to drive HR initiatives.
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
* CIPD qualified or equivalent (preferred).
This is a permanent, hybrid role based in Leeds, offering circa £60,000 - £70,000 per annum.
