Cedar is currently partnered with a leading global life sciences organisation to secure an Interim Head of Finance Operations (Revenue). This role will take ownership of a key revenue stream, leading cross-border finance operations, process transformation, and third-party logistics oversight across multiple international markets. Offered as a 12-month contract, this assignment pays a competitive day rate of £600-£650 (Inside IR35). Based in Central London, the role operates on a hybrid model, with three days a week expected on site. The Role This highly visible role will lead the end-to-end Order to Invoice function across multiple international markets, managing a team of qualified professionals and acting as the central point of contact for commercial finance, logistics, and supply chain functions. Key responsibilities include: Oversight and optimisation of the full Order to Invoice cycle for non-domestic markets Day-to-day management of outsourced 3PL operations including performance monitoring and issue resolution Ownership of revenue-related controls and compliance within a regulated environment Direct responsibility for ensuring accurate pricing, invoicing and master data configuration in ERP systems Supporting commercial and operational readiness for entry into new international markets Leading a team of 3, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement Driving automation, standardisation, and simplification across revenue processes Your Profile You'll be a commercially astute and technically strong finance professional with: Demonstrable experience in revenue operations, order to cash, or commercial finance leadership roles Previous exposure to regulated or controlled environments, ideally with SOX experience Strong stakeholder management across finance, tax, supply chain, and commercial teams Proven track record of leading high-performing teams through change and transformation Experience working with large ERP systems (Oracle/SAP) within multinational businesses A pragmatic, hands-on approach, with a strong appreciation for detail and delivery under pressure Compensation & Benefits This opportunity offers a day rate of £600-£650 (Inside IR35), commensurate with the complexity and scope of the role.
